1.做一個目錄將vCenter Server 4.1.ISO解出.
2.下載InstEd其網址為http://www.instedit.com/download.html,下載後安裝
3.執行InstEd.exe 從File--Open找出\vpx\VMware vCenter Server.msi
4.在左邊的Tables項目為"LaunchCondition",找出右邊有一行
"Installed
Or (VersionNT>=501 And VersionNT < 600) Or (VersionNT = 600 And
MsiNTProductType <> 1) Or (VersionNT = 601 And MsiNTProductType =
3)"
修改為
"Installed Or (VersionNT>=501) Or (VersionNT = 600 And MsiNTProductType 1) Or (VersionNT = 601 And MsiNTProductType = 3)"
然後存檔退出
5.下載安裝 微軟 64-bit verison of Microsoft AD LDS (new name for ADAM) from:

6.執行vCenter \autorun.exe to install
